Do you Control your thoughts or do they control you?

If you are tired of feeling like your negative thoughts are controlling you, there is a way to control your thoughts.  It may seem funny, but you need to talk to them.  Every time they pop into your head, have a talk with them.  Tell them how awesome you are. Think of your negative thoughts as the opposing attorney in a courtrogalit-mirrorom.  Give it a rebuttal of all the reasons why your negative thought is not logical and why you are not going to ALLOW those negative thoughts to stop you and more important to WIN.
