Get comfortable with your thoughts

Getting comfortable with being alone in complete quite with your thoughts. it takes a while but once you do and you really start listening to them you can learn so much about yourself. Many times someone will avoid being alone, keep themselves so busy and distracted so they do not have to listen to that inner voice. What we don’t realize sometimes is that inner voice could be trying to tell us something important about ourselves. At first when

ub3a2051you try to be with your thoughts it may seem overwhelming, almost too much. But after a while you can begin to calm your mind and really learn to sort through the thoughts. I mean, they are your thoughts, maybe listening to them would be a good idea?  Even starting out with 5 minutes of a quite a day and writing down all the thoughts in your head, could help you sort thru them and make sense of them. Then you can spend more time each day in quite and with your thoughts and you will be surprised at the answers you have the possibility of getting from within yourself.
