Articles Featuring Galit

Since small businesses are such an important part of the economy and we often discuss the challenges they face, this time, we have reached out to the incredible CarolRoth.com contributor network of business owners, experts, advisors and entrepreneurs to find out what they think is the best thing about being a small business owner or entrepreneur. Their responses are presented below, in no particular order.

There are plenty of things to love about being an entrepreneur. The unlimited potential and the freedom and flexibility to create your own path can’t be matched. However, entrepreneurial life also comes with some drawbacks.

All too often, we have seen terms like “iconic” being loosely used in the realm of online media, thus diluting their significance and overall impact.

Bold Journey introduces Galit Ventura-Rozen

Exclusive Trusted Magazine Q&A with Galit Ventura Rozen, Business Expert

We recently connected with Galit Ventura-Rozen and have shared our conversation below. Hi Galit, thanks for joining us today. We’d love to hear your thoughts about family businesses.

Five (1 Hour) Complimentary Conquer Your Mindset sessions. These are confidential and private. With over 25+ years’ experience as an entrepreneur, Galit has learned that mindset is the key to success in any goal you want to accomplish. In these sessions, Galit will take her personal experience and what she learned in receiving her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy to share tools to conquer your thoughts and have them work for you rather than against you.

On May 18, Galit Ventura-Rozen hosted a lovely and enlightening dinner in New York City. Trendsetters and influencers gathered in Manhattan at The Flying Cock for an evening of enrichment and mindful conversation. Her passion and energy during the evening made her mission clear. Her inspirational and motivating energy was felt throughout the room.

My first memory of giving was around the time I was six years old. I remember my mother filling up a box of canned goods to take to my school for a donation drive for the homeless. I asked what the food was for, and my mother explained that there are people in this world that are less fortunate than we are. I listened intently as she explained that we were blessed to have a roof over our heads and food on the table every night. She also shared with me that she wanted me always to remember, “if you have or don’t have, you always give back,” even if it is one can of food or a bag of used clothes.”

Every woman can be a world changer when they are true to their purpose and live their life with meaning. Building your own empire as a woman can be tricky, especially when trying to thrive in a male-dominated industry. Knowing your Why, being a self-starter and finding your motivation helps.

When Galit Ventura-Rozen’s parents decided to move her and her brothers to Las Vegas it was right before she was going to start high school in 1986. Trust me, she wasn’t happy about leaving the place where she grew up and the thought of having to start high school in an unfamiliar city where she knew no one.

Sometimes, entrepreneurs and small business owners can get so discouraged, frustrated or bogged down in the day-to-day tasks of running a business that their mindset might need a boost of positivity to keep moving forward. With that in mind, we reached out to the motivational CarolRoth.com contributor network of business owners, experts, advisors and entrepreneurs and asked them to share their favorite quotes for cultivating a positive mindset in business. Their quotes are presented below in no particular order.

Be a Leader. As a founder, leadership is key to success. Knowing when it is time to lead the team, the company into the future goals that have been set is important. Recognize that others are looking up to you for direction, guidance, motivation and you are being watched for your reaction to certain situations.

A Vision. Founders cannot make hasty decisions or react poorly to a situation when change occurs. They must step back and have a clear vision of the projects and goals of their company. To do this, create a logical plan of action that can be implemented by your employees and team — and guide them along the way. In my experience, the most effective founders don’t simply tell people what to do; they teach their team how to do it. If part of your team fails, take the initiative to understand why the failure has occurred, and show the team member how to succeed. Yes, failure is part of the process, which is why it’s important for you to stay strong when it happens. Your employees are only as strong as their founder.

As a globally recognized public speaker and award-winning entrepreneur, Galit Ventura-Rozen understands that to be a person of influence is meaningless – unless the recognition is used as a means of helping others. An award-winning commercial real estate agent, Galit developed a signature process, the $900 Million Mindset, to teach women to create wealth and find happiness in their own lives. In her own life as a commercial real estate broker, Galit owns and operates Commercial Professionals, where she has sold over $900 million in commercial property in Las Vegas over the past 25+ years.

Build Relationships — think of those you are connecting with as people not a sale. When you take the time to build relationships with your potential clients, they notice you care about their goals and needs and will work with you and send you referrals. Take care of your clients and the money will follow. I have built thousands of relationships on Linkedin and recently I reached out to one of those connections to ask that they connect me to a large fortune 500 company. There wasn’t even a hesitation and the connection was made on my behalf.

Thank you to Thinkers 360 for recognition as one of the top 50 Thought Leaders and Entrepreneurship for August 2021

From the very beginning of our lives, our existence is centered around leaders. From parents, teachers, and guardians to professional leaders like managers, CEOs, and Presidents, we are guided towards professional and personal excellence by the leaders we are fortunate to follow.

As the recipient of the 2020 Silver State Award for Entrepreneur of the Year and a real estate powerhouse recognized as the 2020 Top Commercial Real Estate Broker & Entrepreneur by Professional Organization of Women of Excellence, Galit Ventura-Rozen is an award-winning commercial real estate broker leading an award-winning commercial real estate firm. As if that weren’t impressive enough, as a rare female dominating the field and as founder of Las Vegas-based Commercial Professionals, LLC, she is a unique breed indeed. You might call her a unicorn—and an unstoppable one, at that.

The coaching industry is now tremendous. It is a 15 billion dollar industry. Many professionals have left their office jobs to become highly successful coaches. At the same time, not everyone who starts a coaching business sees success. What does someone starting a career as a life coach, wellness coach, or business coach need to know to turn it into a very successful and rewarding career?

Businesses succeed when determined people work together as a team to pursue a shared vision. Curiosity, clarity and candor are the cornerstones of this victory. Every team member must question the methods, understand their roles and, most importantly, be aware of the ultimate goal. Still, there needs to be someone who ties the team, its goals, and the plan-of-action together; this someone is the leader.
