That morning you wake up and feel so overwhelmed there is nothing you can do to stop the tears.  They keep coming and you are scared to death of the path that you are carving out for yourself.  That feeling in the pit of your stomach that maybe I am crazy to think I can go out there and inspire people to follow their dreams and have what they want.  That feeling that you are so worked up and scared you feel like you are going to throw up.  That is me thisub3a2201 morning, so I cry and get it out and I talk to my best friend and she reminds me of what I remind others of every single day.  When you get that feeling in the pit of your stomach that you are scared and want to run back to what you know and what is comfortable, then you must be on the right path.  This to me is called living.  To push myself as much as I can to strive for what I want and know what I should do.  So how do I get past this feeling, well I really don’t. I step back recognize its ok to be scared, allow myself to feel what I need, allow myself to cry and then I jump into action. I focus on what I can handle in this moment and do one thing at a time until it passes and it will pass… and I get right back up and keep moving forward.
